Comfortable and spacious, our well appointed cottages are situated with the natural beauty of our surroundings always close at hand. Enjoy the sounds of the adjacent bushland and the peaceful ambience of the tranquil Ovens River gently flowing by with the grand cliffs of Mt. Buffalo in the background.

Enjoy the beauty of the brilliantly coloured King parrots and rosellas feeding outside your window. Possums are frequent night visitors and can be seen sneaking snacks from the bird feeders! Other wildlife encounters include echidnas searching for lunch in the gardens, wallabies, wombats and a blue tongue lizard. If you take a stroll around the grounds early in the morning you can take in the dawn chorus of the abundant bird life; you may also meet the beautiful rock wallaby.

Summertime provides a cool and leafy retreat with 150 metres of absolute private river frontage. Relax on the lawns or in the gently flowing cool clear river - deep enough to swim in or drift along in a tube, and shallow enough for small children to paddle safely under parental supervision. You may even encounter a platypus gliding by.

The area has long been known for its brilliant show of Autumn hues & Alpine Park displays a magnificent variety of seasonal colours.

Winter provides an opportunity to experience the snow resorts - Mt. Buffalo is only 45 minutes from Alpine Park and provides great family snow fun, be it skiing, snow boarding, tobogganing or just building a snowman! Come and discover the breathtaking scenery of the snow capped mountains and enjoy the winter magic.

Spring heralds new growth and colour with beautiful displays of bulbs, azaleas, rhododendrons and roses, and brilliant open garden displays during the Spring Festival.

Activities to enjoy during your stay include scenic drives and walks, golf, tennis, paragliding, hang gliding, canoeing, bird watching and snow sports. You can also enjoy a scenic plane or helicopter flight. Bicycling is a popular way to tour the area - bring your own or hire one to utilise the adjacent Murray to the Mountains Rail Trail which links Bright, Beechworth and Wangaratta.

We invite you to come and experience the unique magic of Alpine Park that enchants guests and keeps drawing them back to our little piece of paradise.
